Programs

Three programs. All of them built to walk with the people in them.

From the first years of life to economic independence — this is where the work lives.

01

Early Childhood Development

Start early. Build strong.

The first years of life shape everything that follows. We work with families, communities, and schools during those years — in health, care, safety, and learning.

  • 01Equip parents and caregivers with tools to nurture learning at home.
  • 02Train ECD teachers to create safe, stimulating spaces for children.
  • 03Push for stronger services in health centers and pre-primary schools.
  • 04Bring communities and government together around early childhood care.

Every child, no matter where they're born, deserves the best possible start.

02

Equitable Quality Education

Because every child deserves a real shot at learning.

Access to quality education changes what's possible. We work to build that access — strengthening classrooms, training teachers, and reaching the learners most often left behind.

  • 01Strengthen reading, writing, and math skills in early grades.
  • 02Train teachers to reach every learner in the room.
  • 03Introduce tools that make learning more engaging and accessible.
  • 04Support girls, children with disabilities, and others facing compounding challenges.

We're here to reshape the system — so it includes everyone.

03

Livelihood Initiatives

Education must lead somewhere. We help people get there.

Skills, confidence, and economic independence — this is what young people and women across Tanzania are building. We walk with them.

  • 01Connect youth to vocational training, mentorship, and startup support.
  • 02Equip women with tools to build income and independence.
  • 03Promote creativity and community-driven problem solving.
  • 04Provide practical education on health, sexuality, and relationships.
  • 05Bring adult literacy to people returning to learning.

We walk with communities as they build their own path.
